This artwork features Will’s original drawing of the Colosseum in Rome. This view of Rome’s most historic Roman amphitheatre was drawn on a trip Will took to the city in 2023. The sky was a beautiful azure blue and from ground level shone through the open archways on the upper level of the Colosseum. This detailed illustration has been hand printed with a rich black for the line work and an azure blue for the bright sky.

All prints are handmade using inks mixed by Will in his studio. Screenprinting is a fine art process which requires each layer to be hand applied with precision and accuracy.
